Your sales team sees what QuickBooks knows.
Your books are in QuickBooks Desktop or Enterprise. Your sales team works in HubSpot. DeskBridge connects them: customers, balances, products, invoices and payments flow into HubSpot every 15 minutes, so reps can see who owes what and who bought what without asking accounting, and nobody types a customer in twice. It only reads from QuickBooks and never changes your books.
Two systems that don't talk
Companies stay on QuickBooks Desktop for good reasons: inventory, bin locations, fixed assets, job costing. Then sales moves to HubSpot, and the money side of every customer gets stuck on one office computer.
Reps chase accounting
Invoices and balances are only in QuickBooks, so every follow-up starts with an email to the office. Sometimes nobody asks, and a rep pitches a customer who's overdue.
Everything typed twice
Customers are entered in both systems by hand. Names and addresses drift apart and HubSpot fills with duplicates.
A blind spot in the CRM
HubSpot shows the pipeline but not what customers were billed for, so revenue by customer and lapsed accounts live in spreadsheets.
What changes once it's running
Every QuickBooks customer becomes a HubSpot company with its balance, terms, open credits and invoice history on the record. Then it works like any other HubSpot data: lists, views, reports and, on Professional and Enterprise, workflows.
Call with the full picture
Open invoices, overdue balances and recent orders are on the company record before anyone picks up the phone.
Chase what's overdue
Invoices move Open → Partially Paid → Paid as payments land in QuickBooks. Filter what's past due and work the list.
Revenue in the CRM
Report invoiced and collected revenue by customer, product or month, next to the pipeline that produced it.
Reorders and win-backs
Invoice lines link to products, so you can list who bought a product line, or who hasn't ordered in 90 days.
The real catalog
HubSpot products carry QuickBooks prices and SKUs, plus purchase cost if you want margin in HubSpot.
Type it once
New QuickBooks customers show up in HubSpot on their own, matched to companies you already have.
A seven-year-old gap, closed
People have been asking for this in HubSpot's own community since 2019. QuickBooks Desktop has no cloud API, so every cloud-only integration skips it. The options left were an enterprise connector starting around $900 a month plus onboarding, or a custom build quoted at $10,000 to $55,000.
We'd already built and run a QuickBooks Web Connector integration for a manufacturing client. DeskBridge turns that into a product: a small Windows agent next to QuickBooks, a managed sync service, and HubSpot's standard objects on the other end, so it works on every HubSpot tier.
Enterprise connectors
Plus an onboarding project before anything syncs.
Custom builds
Quotes HubSpot users have posted publicly, before any maintenance.
DeskBridge founding rate
Locked for the first 5 companies. No setup fee, cancel monthly.
What lands in HubSpot
Standard HubSpot objects only, so it works on every HubSpot tier. You choose what comes across, and a customers-and-contacts-only sync works too.
Companies & contacts
QuickBooks customers become companies, matched to ones you already have so you don't get duplicates, with balance, terms and customer type. Sync all of them, or only active customers of the types you pick.
Products
QuickBooks items with price, SKU and optional purchase cost, filtered by type, active status or part-number prefix, so your catalog stays usable.
Invoices & payments
One deal per invoice in a "QuickBooks Invoices" pipeline, with line items linked to products. Optionally, amount paid, credits applied and last payment date on each deal, and open credits on each company.

Need two-way sync, a different system, or several company files? SC Technology also takes on custom integration work.
